Yes since I was 14 weeks, and it's a mix of the baby being burrowed in there which as seperated my pubic bone. I now go to physical therapy for it 2x a week.
The PT does help so if you can get a referral and insurance covers it I really believe it's worth the time. But because of the relaxin moving through our body's things tend to shift back. So I'll feel awesome for a few days n then there's days like today where it's very painful and I walk so weird. And while I wouldn't trade what I'm going through it's just starts to weigh heavy after so long. At therapy to push the bone back they have me lay on this pill shaped like pellet on top of my pelvic bone while on my tummy and it does shift and u have to Ice it after but it does help.
If you go to PT try to find someone that specializes in women's health...it'll make all the difference! We don't learn much about women's health in school so someone with some extra training will be able to be much more helpful and worth your time and $$
