    Ditto!!! All I craved today was chocolate. I had no chocolate. I did however have a Costco sized bag of chocolate chips calling my name...I caved!!!
  • I've been running and I finally saw the scale move down.. A little!
  • Today I ate an economy sized bag of popcorn and dipped brownies into a jar of jiff hazelnut cookies and cream spread so....

    I am down 4 lbs from my pre pregnancy weight but toning is a bitch.
  • I have been starving the past few days & eating everything in sight (usually absolute crap). I'm so mad at myself!
  • Well ladies, I hate to be the bearer of bad news... As of last week I'm back to prepregnancy weight, however, things (my tummy/love handles) are definitely not like prepregnancy! I look like I need to lose 10lbs still... I suspected this would happen, but it's still disappointing that the effort to lose weight doesn't necessarily mean we'll be happy with how our bodies look :/
  • I am really frustrated. I was back to pre pregnancy weight but this week I seem to be up again? I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong I'm getting at least a bit of physical activity in daily and am eating pretty balanced/healthy AND am ebf but still seem to be gaining :/
  • I haven't chimed in on this thread yet but I'd love to be part of this group. I joined Weight Watchers this week. I've had success with it before and I'm hoping it will help me again. I'm down to my pre-pregnancy weight but was overweight to begin with and would like to lose 40-50 pounds. My eating has been out of control and I'm struggling to find time to exercise with a 3 1/2 year old and my new little one. So far so good... I'm hoping going to weekly meetings will keep me accountable. Fingers crossed.

  • 2lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight. Back to doing yoga, running or walking and eating plant based (vegan) diet. I had read somewhere that 3-6 months is when most of the weight falls off and interestingly DS hit 3 months this week and this week alone I lost 2lbs. I admit though that I didn't gain much due to bad morning sickness for 20 weeks and DS being a premie at 6 weeks early. Definitely have a lot more work toning wise, but yay for toned arms from carrying a baby all day at least!
  • I had to move in with my mom while we moved homes/jobs (finally)..lets just say she is my nutritionist and workout coach. I even sometimes want her to go somewhere so I can snag a snack.....carrots are just not cutting it anymore! I will be thankful in the long run but lord....i should not have eaten so much when I was preg. thats for sure
  • For 1 glorious week, i was constantly hungry, constantly stuffingmy face with junk AND lost 1 kg!! I thought it would be like this forever but not all fairytales have a happy ending.

    I think breastfeeding hunger is worst than pregnancy, with pregnancy you have a baby squishing your tummy and keeping you accountable with horrible heartburns lol, with breastfeeding you'rehungry and have a lot of room for all the junk!
  • OK- I have been eating awesome...seriously my snacks mid day have been carrots and all I drink is water. I work out for about an hour each morning (run, eliptical, daily ab, and arms with weights) and I just checked my weight this morning....I only lost a pound. IS THAT A JOKE. I better have just gained muscle and it has not had the time to eat fat. I honestly think just the way I am eating should have caused me to lose weight let alone workout on top of it. STUPID. I hate being this size
