Tummy ache

So the last few days my tum has been bothering me. I'm 11w3d and have had nothing but constipation since bfp. Now its the opposite. Started Tuesday. Its making me nervous. Idk if its something I ate or what? Hormones leveling off? Its not terrible and I don't think I need to call the doc yet, but I read so much on the net and naturally Mc is the first thing they bring up. No other symptoms but just running to the br. Anyone else experienced this?

I've been feeling this way as well. I have been having severe gas pains and occasionally accompanied with diarrhea. I am lactose since my BFP. I started taking Zantac 150mg before lunch and breakfast about a week ago. Look back at what you are eating. It might shed some light! Good Luck!

This would be around the same time I would get a period. Wonder if that has anuthing to do with it?
