They are super tender. Like they just fall off the bone taking them out of the crockpot. So good!

I just texted DH asking what he wanted for dinner. He replied hot dogs, lol he eats so healthy and won't eat hot dish (casserole) or anything. Ha, I guess we're having hot dogs!

I made a dish from random stuff in my kitchen. It ended up being chicken and green peppers in a mushroom gravy and corn on the cob. It actually turned out delicious.

Enchiladas with rice and beans! My favorite is Mexican food, but I haven't had it in so long because it's made me sick. Now that the morning sickness has gone away, this was my dinner choice.
