Can someone legitimately explain the criteria for receiving a warning or a ban.
It seems there is a miscommunication of some sort and we all as a community want it laid out.
Please be specific and help us to understand.

Also what should we do when people are not following the posting guidelines for new people clearly laid out by the bump?

Apparently just let them do whatever they want. That's how people learn, right? By no one telling them they are doing something wrong? That sounds right.

On a somewhat related note, I was just thinking how @BumpTara must hate her job. Also, is she really called Tara? Or is it like tech companies that assign female names to male chat hosts so you are nice to them? Is she only one person? These are my burning questions.
