You're right. I could have ignored it just as easily as the people dragging it out. It was turning into a shit storm and yesterday's storm was enough. Everybody is already high strung over that. The ONLY reason to keep it open would to be to continue the drama. Which in my opinion is not necessary. So shut it down.
I must have missed something in the potty shot thread. Everyone knows sex preference threads never go over well and I don't think it was out of control at all. I'm honestly very confused by the whole thing. Can you imagine if everyone went around asking bump admin to shut down threads they just didn't like?

Exactly my point. One person can ignore a thread if it annoys them so much. But to claim you know what is best for the group and decide that, instead of removing yourself, you are going to cry to admin to shut it down for everyone else, that's ridiculous. The Admins aren't your dislike button.

There's a difference between me not liking a post simply because I think it's annoying or pointless and that post. That post was getting out of hand and it's truly concerning that none of you see it. You would rather continue to hound someone about whatever they're saying. I'm done with this.

I'd imagine they are upset the thread was shut down before they had a chance to fully exercise their power as a group and show off their finely honed internet skills. By requesting for the thread to be shut down, you took away their opportunity to suggest I haven't experienced loss, and to shame me for calling out Kara.
(Kara - think of it less as a calling out, but more as a recognition for all the hard work you've done on the board to be a snark leader. A compliment really, on all the hours you've dedicated to making this board a more entertaining place to be.)

I have reread that thread three times and am still wondering what @KaraEpp16 said that was so offensive. The only person who deserved being called out on that thread was the OP. It is common knowledge at this point that sex preference does not go over well, which OP definitely should have known following her initial post about the cell free DNA test.
Um... WTF.... So I'm gone for a bit and the ban hammer came DOWN RIP to all that were banned! I'm wondering if the mean girl poster is lurking around reporting everyone? Because she said some messed up stuff, I know for a fact I reported her for breaking bump guidelines and nothing happened to her, yet Sarah and repeat post police and Rose and everyone else get banned? This is insanity. I'm waiting for the post @Snoopylovesbelle made to the admin to get any kind of response so we know exactly why these people are getting banned!
