I'm really confused as to why you're asking for a guess of your child's sex. You already got scientific confirmation that is a girl. Science trumps any untrained guess any of us could ever make. Your "gut feeling" about a boy is still wrong.
Have you researched what female genitalia look like at 16 weeks? Google it. It's not all neat and tidy and tucked away. It can still be on the outside.

It's not worth it to explain science to this woman. She can't be satisfied with a girl and it breaks my heart.
This poor little girl is going to have such a complex if she ever finds out how much her mother wanted her to be a boy. To go so far as to deny science. Answer me this, @xojlbaptista, when she comes out with a vagina, are you still going to deny she's a girl?
I believe everyone here is just wondering why you're asking about the sex of the baby when you have already had a Cell Free DNA test done. These tests extract the baby's DNA from your blood, and are so much more accurate than reading an u/s (Google cell free DNA test to learn more). The anatomy scan is usually when the doctor can tell you the sex, unless you get the DNA test. Since you had the test/got the results already... and it said girl, then it's a girl.
Congrats on your little daughter! Daughters are awesome.
I didnt get the impression u were asking for sex opinions, just wondered what the "nub" in between her legs is all about. I dont have an answer but id ask the doc, im sure like pp said its just what the baby's vagina looks like at that point in her growth. Sorry for all the comments about how ur not "accepting your baby's sex" thats not how i took your post.
The frustration comes in when we had another post by her a few days ago called "gender blood test" where she didn't want to believe the results of her cell free DNA test that she's having a girl, because her "gut feeling" from the beginning was boy. I believe there were some old wives tales/Chinese gender chart things that backed up the gut feeling and she wanted confirmation from us that the test could be wrong so she could be right and get her boy. There are a lot of PGAL ladies on here and ladies that have had trouble getting pregnant to begin with, as well as women who've had genetic testing and have had terrifying results. It's very frustrating to everyone when someone will go to such lengths for gender preference when others are so happy to be finally having a child at all or are worrying about the changes a child with developmental disabilities will bring.
1. We get it, you want the girl to be a boy. 2. Your dreams and the Chinese calendar are not accurate. 3. The DNA test is over 99% accurate. 4. At 16 weeks, a sex guess from an ultrasound is not accurate. 5. Even if a tech did agree to give you a guess based on this photo, they'd probably say girl. 6. We are not ultrasound techs. 7. Don't ever say "potty shot" again.
^Now do you see why everyone is annoyed by this post?
YOU'RE. HAVING. A. GIRL. Congrats.
There is always the chance that your baby could identify as a male when they are older. Maybe then you'll get your wish.
I understand the love of snark just as much of the rest of you. (Ok, maybe not *quite* as much as some as you.) But some of these responses were a bit above and beyond what was necessary for this individual poster.
Re: potty shot help!?
Second this.
