Try to relax and go with the flow. Inductions can take a while or go very quickly. As PP suggested bring some things to entertain yourself in case things take a while.
Good luck mamma! Remember to also bring snacks because it could ( hopefully not ) turn into a longish time. Like the other lovely mamas said bring entertainment! We didn't and it turned into a long day for us, yet a friend was induced aswell and had her Bub in 2 hours. Always be prepared. Wonderful to know your meeting your little one soon! Excited for you xx
Not sure of your plans, but if you get an epi, sleep after you have it. My induction with my first was smooth but I labored for 8 hours, 5.5 of those with an epi. I didn't sleep and wished I had. Pushing takes a lot out of you so any rest you can get before it helps.

I was terrified about mine also...the pitocin and contractions I had heard about scared me most. It ended up not being as bad as everyone made it out to be. I just tried to relax, rest and watch tv. It ended up going smoother than my delivery with my first son (which happened on its own). Good luck!
