I know everyone has been talking about TCOYF book. A friend of mine recommended a video on YouTube called The Great Sperm Race. It's about an hour or so long. Each part is about 10 minutes and there are six parts. It's pretty interesting and delves into the facts about sperm. I know as women we mostly concentrate on our ovulations, but ya know after watching this video I learned that by the time the sperm gets in near proximity of the egg, there are only two or three at the most left out of the millions that started out on that journey.
The video uses human actors to play the parts of sperm and their journey to the egg. It's a pretty neat documentary.
For a little humor in the first part you will see a "sperm" crocheting/knitting. That made me giggle.

RE says the low egg count is likely causing my recurrent pregnancy loss. Less eggs results in more aneuploidy.

It is an extremely good documentary. As for it being anxiety-inducing, remember that while only a few sperm make it to the 'safe zone' of the fallopian tube, they can last several days there and they tend to be the strongest ones. This is actually encouraging news, rather depressing, I think.

I do sometimes think of scenes in the film after we have sex during my FW. Silently rooting his sperm on "come on, climb the ladder of EWCM!"
