My family will be moving to the area at the end of the summer and I am looking for recs for daycare for my 15 month old son. Any recs or places to avoid in Owings Mills or the surrounding areas?

The JCC in owings mills has great full day and part time programs.

We are looking in Owings Mills too. We just checked out Day Timers and thought it was nice. Does anyone know anything about this one?
