  Maybe a cute picture frame for first ultrasound pic? We got one I believe from kohls but could get online that says 'love at first sight'. Was just trying to think of things she could use now to be excited vs wait and that came to mind.

  I was given a pregnancy calendar by my sil with my first and I loved it!

  Both of those are great suggestions. One of my good friends had a journal called "The Belly Book" for her pregnancy. It was really cute. If I had heard about it earlier on, I would have probably thought about getting one.

  My sister got me a burp cloth embroidered with a verse, "For this child I have prayed, and the Lord granted the desires of my heart." I loved it! My BIL & SIL brought us a card and it made me just as happy, too. Honestly, just the knowledge that they were happy for us and celebrating with us was wonderful.
  
  A Christmas ornament could be sweet, too!

  I just sent a friend a Our Miracle Ultrasound Frame. Someone sent me a frame that was customized with our last name for the ultrasound when we got pregnant. Another friend and I created a basket for a newly pregnant friend with pregnancy related stuff but that wasn't really "little".

  Honestly, it doesn't matter what you send. The fact you took the time and thought to send anything will make her day.
  But I think the best happy year jerker might be the picture frame for the ultrasound picture and a teeny tiny pair of white satin baby booties like you always see in magazines and tv and movies. Tiny shoes just thrill my pregnant lady soul and I don't know anyone who is immune to the adorableness of baby shoes!
