First appointment

Hello ladies! I'm expecting my third baby and I am so excited but extremely nervous. I have two daughters ages 7 and 5 and I had two miscarriages two years ago. According to my calculations I'm 5 weeks 4 days. I

I haven't called my doc yet because I'm so nervous. I was thinking about calling to make an appointment when I'm 8 weeks and most likely won't get in to see her until 10 weeks. What do you think, should I wait or call now? When is your first appointment?

    I would call now, and see when they want to see you. I don't know about your doctor, but mine is very busy and routine appointments need to be made in advance.

    I would call now.  If you have had a M/C they may want to see you sooner.

    Call now! I feel like the earlier I get in the better. I had my 2nd M/C in April, so I'm super anxious to see my little baby and make sure all is well.

    I had a MMC in April at 12wks.  I called after I got a BFP and they scheduled me as normal for 8wks, but then I was panicking due to lack of symptoms and I called back and asked if there was anyway we could tell if my body was doing its job and that it wasn't a CP, they scheduled me for blood draws I had one yesterday and the numbers looked great I will have another tomorrow morning to see if my level doubled.

    I feel so much better!!!  You should definitely call.

    I would call now. My doctor wanted to see me pretty quickly. My first appointment is on Monday at 6w1d. I've also had two miscarriages.
