Ladies, I know I'm not the only one who gets completely worn out just by getting out of bed in the morning. How are you dealing with the sheer exhaustion?
I know it sound weird....but working out has helped me a TON.......I don't do anything super intense, but getting up and getting the blood flowing usually works for me.
I'm trying to stay active to help with my energy, but it seems like the only day I can do my normal morning workout DVD is Monday. Every day after that, I am so sore and completely wiped out the moment I get out of bed. I found a Pregnancy Yoga series (10 minutes each) on YouTube this morning so I'm going to start doing that on the days I feel too sore to do my normal DVD. Hopefully it will help! I also go for 30-60 minute walks during my lunch every day.
I feel like going to bed about an hour and a half after getting up, which is exactly when I need to leave for work. It sucks. Exercising does seem to help, but I can't really do that until after work. I'm not a morning person. I can't wait until this 2nd trimester energy I hear so much about. Especially since no one knows I'm pregnant at work, I'm trying my best not to look like a lazy bum when I close my eyes for a few seconds.
I've mostly just been feeling tired at night but yesterday it really hit me and I was struggling to get through work. I want to start getting in a workout because I have heard it's supposed to help. Who knew making a baby was so tiring?
