is this normal in pregnancy second trimester? I just feel head pressure no pain and zoned out and like I'm in a dream And I just want to know does everyone go thru this
It can cause congestion, yes. I never had any personally but the increased blood flow can cause your nasal passages to swell and cause some stuffiness. Some allergy medicines are safe. I would either ask your doctor or at a minimum do an online search to find out which ones are generally considered safe.
I have had terrible congestion and worsening allergies all through my pregnancy. It can DEFINITELY make you feel "dreamy" and have head pressure. I have taken claritin on and off, it is considered safe.
Re: Dream mind state feeling like nothing's real and head pressure
And does pregnancy cause congestion and such
