Sibling Dreams?

So, my LO is 3 and we were at a gift shop recently. LO picked up a pink bib and said "Mommy, I want to buy this for my little sister." I replied "You don't have a little sister," and LO did a foot stomp and adamantly exclaimed "I'm going to get one!" O_o

Anyone else's older children wishing and hoping?

My 3 year old prayed the other night for a baby sister. He's convinced there's a girl in there.

My 3 year old usually says he wants a sister when I ask him. We haven't told him yet but he keeps asking for a baby since we have been talking about it a lot.

LOL cute! My niece (6) insists that it's a boy. She has an older brother but wants another boy! I have a feeling I'll have to remind her he's not a baby doll lol

Oh yes, the baby doll situation... my LO will be 4 when this one arrives and will totally be a second mommy! Haha.

My 3 year old daughter doesn't know yet, but told me "Mommy, you should have another baby and it should be a girl and you should name it Natalie (her name)". I said "but if I had a baby, it might be a boy baby" and she said "well no - because then it would be in Daddy's tummy!" I love toddler logic :-)

We haven't told the kids yet and my 5 yr old came up to me to play dr, grabbed the stethoscope and went oh mom there is a baby human in your belly! I just laughed hysterically
