This post is funny. Side note: my husband saw the mucous plug with DS. I was a FTM and had no idea what was dripping (yes TMI and IDGAF) out of me. I had always imagined it as something else. Anyway, lol you should hear him tell that story. He says he wishes he can unsee that forever. Meh, I went through a horrible pregnancy with DS. The absolute least thing he could do was tell me it was my plug coming out of me.
When they broke my water at the hospital, it came out all over the bed. Then they made me a towel diaper to wear to the labor tub. The diaper fell off and left a huge fluid trail. DH wasn't even phased. Then I stood up post delivery and blood spilled all over the floor. I also peed on the floor in the bathroom. He didn't bat an eye, but I bet inside he was like this.

You have a great dh! My husband will hit the floor if any of this happens. He dry heaves just thinking about labor.
After #1 I stood up off the toilet and a HUGE blood clot fell out of me on to the floor. I was so sore I couldn't bend over to pick it up, so DH had to. Poor, poor guy is forever changed.

That would make me angry that I didn't have any cake, so I'd probably comment.
