I'm training a new girl at work. She drives me nuts, but I basically get to supervise and not do anything. I'm feeling lazy and tired the past few days, so it gives me a nice little break. I just watch from afar and count down the hours until I can go home. I'm sooo mentally checked out already.

I have no patience for my puppy today! I know he's still learning but dude just get out of the way and don't stop in front of me when I'm walking! #hormonalmuch

Also my ring almost got stuck on my finger today. I'm going to try to get them back on a little later (for some reason in the am I'm more swollen and I was outside at the park so I'm hoping the humidity was playing a part too) but if I can't I know dh is going to be bummed. Of course I'll wear them on a necklace everyday but he misses seeing them on my hand.

I was sitting here having kind of a rough morning, about to eat my super lame breakfast bar when one of my coworkers walks in with a giant scone and honey butter for me from the diner down the street. Aside from getting to go home, it's definitely the best thing that could have happened to me this morning.

My mom got mad because I told her my boyfriend and I are going on the hospital tour today. She invited herself knowing only two people are allowed. Get the fuck outta here. I'm so annoyed with her lately. She keeps saying my son is HER baby. No, I'm pretty sure David and I did this together and it had absolutely nothing to do with you, psycho. I have a feeling I'll be having the nurses ask her to leave my room if she keeps up her weirdo behavior. She said she's cutting his cord. No, his father will be doing that. I understand being excited but what she needs to understand is boundaries. Sorry. It's been a very annoying last few days.

Last night I bought Cheese Balls, and today as I was packing them in my lunch, I was also eating them. My husband says, "You know... we have gallon size bags, too!" to tease me and I shot him a look. Well, I plowed through my little sandwich bag of them and am sad I didn't actually just take his suggestion....

....so then I ate a donut. And a Reeses mini PB cup. Hey, look! It's lunch time!

Side note: a new gal at work who is super sweet, up-talks and it is driving me bonkers. Every sentence sounds like a question? Always? About anything she says, ever? GAH!

When my husband and I went grocery shopping on Sunday, I said I wanted ice cream. His response was "I don't know if that's such a good idea." UMMM pretty sure this falls under things you should NOT say to your wife that is 7 months pregnant.

There have been two stillborn posts in the last two weeks that have made me really, really sad. I just sit and wait for LO to move, and am so grateful when it happens. Makes me happy to be going to the doc every two weeks, quite honestly.

The person I share an office with a super loud chewer and swallower, something I'm really sensitive to, but today it's just worse. She keeps chugging these thick V8 energy drinks and I swear the sound is amplified in the tiny room I'm locked in. It really doesn't help that our office was formally a supply closet!!!

Otherwise I have had a bladder infection since Thursday and the antibiotics are messing with my stomach and appetite so bad.

Edit: oh and my coworker just sent me an email complaining about my use of a comma in a piece of writing. I reallllllly don't have time to graph a sentence for him and explain how clauses work right now, but I seriously want to drop everything and do it just to prove him wrong!!

I hate dealing with UPS. I live in the NYC metro area and can't have packages delivered to my office (against their rules). I hate bombarding my husband with packages as well. So I always have to fight with UPS because they cannot leave my packages at my apt and they expect me to drive to another town to pick them up, and then act confused when I tell them I don't have a car. UGH. I just want my shoes.

Ahh so many things to respond to-darn responsibility! @SweetnSassy23 yes yes yes! My heart just breaks for all these ladies. I have a friend who's sister-in-law went through this about a month a go as well. It is so incredibly sad!

We're going away for the long weekend (Canada) and leaving on Thursday. Unfortunately, we can't take our little dog with us and all of our family/friends that usually watch him are all going to be away too. So I found him a little "Pet Resort" with amazing reviews, I toured it, interviewed them, etc and it all seems wonderful. Yet, I am having the worsttt anxiety about it. I started crying when I was holding him last night (as he was squirming to get away from me haha). And now I'm realizing that I'm going to be terrible when it comes to my real baby and having to take her to day care or school or whatever. I just have all the feels!!

OH my gosh. I know how you feel. We are leaving on Friday for 10 days without our pup. He has eye issues and needs medicine several times a day so I worry even more whenever we're gone. Since I've been pregnant, I've been even worse when leaving him at my in-laws. I have no idea how I will handle this kind of stuff with my own real HUMAN baby!

It is going to make you feel totally crazy, but I think it means you're sane

I hate that feeling, but then nothing beats being the person to pick them up at the end of the day (or trip)!!!

My random is that my dog keeps barfing. We noticed she wasn't being herself over the weekend and then yesterday she started throwing up. I feel so helpless especially since she had a UTI for 4 weeks we just got her through. I wish my pup would feel better
