Anyone else not have sex yet? It's like that side of me has been shut off completely. I only identity now with being a mom. I don't recognize my body other than it producing milk for my baby.

    10 weeks and still havent. Been cleared since 6 even though I still don't feel right down there. The thought of penetration makes me cringe, esp when reading other people's experiences on here. H has been really understanding about this and we've been doing other stuff to be intimate instead.

    Still haven't here either at 8 weeks PP. I am not really worried about it and figured it will happen when it happens.

    10 weeks postpartum and don't even feel the urge yet. I have a baby click gong to me all day, spitting up on me and what not. So by the time he's out for the night I just want a shower and sleep!! Not to mention I'm terrified it's gonna hurt! And I just don't feel the same down there, I'm hoping one day I'll feel normal again

    8 weeks postpartum and neither of us seem interested! I've been cleared since 4.

    Nope.  It took six months for it to happen after my first.  Hopefully it won't take THAT long this time, but apparently we're in no rush!  I'm fine with it, DH is fine with it, it'll happen when it happens.  Sleep wins right now.

    10 weeks pp here and my DH actually asked for a quickie this morning. He's the one who hasn't been interested (terrified about accidentally getting pregnant again). But I have a UTI from kidney stones and also a hemi flare up so I so wasn't feeling it. Hopefully soon though. ..

    12 weeks PP and we've done it twice. It hurt way more than I expected so now I am dreading trying again. DH has been super patient with me though, thankfully!

    I'm pretty turned off by myself these days. Drippy achy boobs and too many jelly rolls. I wouldn't have sex with me if I were my husband. But we've been together 16 yrs so we've kinda been there done that and all

    We tried last night. Got as far as shutting the bedroom door when DS woke up. DH went to soothe him. We tried about 3 times but DS would not settle. By the time I got him calm, fed and changed I was exhausted and so not in the mood. I ended up going to bed while DH rocked DS to sleep. My poor DH is being very patient but I can tell he's ready. I just can't do it when I can hear DS fussing and I don't think having a quickie is going to work when I'm still in pain.

    We did last night at 11 weeks PP and it felt normal! Didn't hurt or anything... I had a csection though, so that may be why it wasn't painful? We've waited so long for fear of having another baby on accident but it was fine. Using condoms like a couple of teenagers kind of sucked haha. I refuse to take the mini pill as I've heard it messes with milk supply and I'm EBFing! Good luck ladies :)

    I think everyone should bite he bullet and do it (with lube!)
    I had very bad tears and it's just fine now.... Hurt the first three times but we went slow and it wasn't bad. Now it's great again and it helps me keep my sanity and remember I'm more than a baby feeder lol

    No desire here...my poor husband... But he's used to it by now. Since our first child it's been few and far between

    12 weeks pp with twins and a 4 year old....I don't even know when we would find the time! I know we should probably make time, but all I want to do with any spare second is sleep!

    I'm still not cleared by my doctor, but I'm dying to! I've had the worst recovery, and I just want to feel like a sexy woman and wife again and not only a mother.
