113 @ 7 weeks 170 @ 9 weeks We had early ultrasounds because we needed Ivf to get pregnant. Both times the specialist said the heart rate was perfect. Both ultrasounds were completed by our RE, so we Definitely trust her judgment!
I had a Doppler today and surprisingly was able to hear baby's hb (I'm only 9 weeks and didn't hear hb until 12 weeks last time.) 181 bpm and doctor seemed pleased with it. No u/s until next week so it was nice to hear that little heartbeat for the first time!
My doctor didn't even tell me what the heartbeat was, which I find weird since I feel like everybody knows. But at the same time, the doctor didn't say anything bad about it, so no news is good news? Did anyone else not find out their baby's heartbeat?

My doctor didn't even tell me what the heartbeat was, which I find weird since I feel like everybody knows. But at the same time, the doctor didn't say anything bad about it, so no news is good news? Did anyone else not find out their baby's heartbeat?
Mine didn't either. She just pointed out the flickering and as said "oooh" and that was it lol. Next week, I have my 12 week ultrasound so I'll ask.

@fedobs86 - i had the same experience. I saw the heart flickering but no real movement from the actual baby. my first ultrasound was a 6w5d, so it was pretty early. The doctor said everything looked great though so i'm definitely not worried about it. I don't know how much wiggling around they do at that point.
@inomiaparatus Yeah I saw the heartbeat too, she just didn't tell me what it was. I may ask if they knew it by any chance since I won't be getting an ultrasound at my 12 week appointment. I was like scouring my ultrasound picture to see may if it was posted on there.

@inomiaparatus Yeah I saw the heartbeat too, she just didn't tell me what it was. I may ask if they knew it by any chance since I won't be getting an ultrasound at my 12 week appointment. I was like scouring my ultrasound picture to see may if it was posted on there.
Me too for my 7 week US. Heartbeat listed as "normal" but no indication of what the rate actually was.
I'm jealous of all you saying you got to see your lo wiggling and kicking like crazy...mine didn't move. Tech said everything looks great, measuring on track and hb 175. It's just driving me crazy now and making me worry endlessly over nothing I'm sure..

I didn't see mine moving or kicking either, could only see the back of LO. Heartbeat was 176 and measuring on track. No worries, we'll be feeling them moving around soon enough!

At 9w1d baby's heart rate was 178bpm. At 12w baby's HR was 171bpm. Doc said that the heart rate may slow down as baby grows.
Also, my docs office is on the 3rd floor and I always take the stairs. This might have quickened babies heartbeat, too! In reference to movement, my LO didn't move at 9w dating u/s, but was moving a lot at 12w.

I didn't either. They didn't even give me an initial due date bcz they said the ultrasound would change it. It wasn't like that w my first (at same dr)!
My doctor didnt tell me what my baby heart be was but i did see it and my baby was dancing at 9w3d. It was the most beautiful experience. Next week i have another ultrasound ill ask her tgen about the baby heart beat.

Just got a 10w0d US with heartbeat of 177.
