  Everybody uses GIFS. Just the other day I posted a gif of Ian Somerhalder dripping wet. The difference? Hers are to harass. Ours are not.

  Gifs are allowed! The point is OP is posting them to purposely stir the pot and as a way of referring to the people she does not agree with by calling them out as "mean girls." She is escalating a situation that did not need to be escalated. If she does not like the opinions of others she said so once, she could have left it at that.
