haha jk.

The boards are slow today. How's everyone hanging in there? My 3 year-old has almost driven me to the brink of insanity today. Someone tell me something fun.

    I was just thinking things are slow today.  Maybe I am just on here too much because I am so exhausted and can't get myself to do much.

    So it is an hour before dinner and I am giving my daughter mini Oreos.  I am past caring right now!  She just gave me a cute scrunched face and said, "More mini cookies please."

    Headed to pottery barn kids for some last minute nursery stuff!

    ETA: I'll be 39 weeks on Monday. I've definitely been dragging my feet on this.

    @Joie80 If it makes you feel any better, I'm nearly 38 weeks and I haven't even set up our nursery. I also don't have half the basic baby supplies I should. I've been dragging my feet too.

    Today I really wanted to go to the beach and DH said no even though he promised before the baby came we'd go a bunch -_- he could see he hurt my feelings so he declared today wife day lol. Which means I didn't have to cook and he snuggled me all day and let me pick what we do (as long as it wasn't the beach) and where we ate. Now we are waiting to skype my step daughter.

    I watched It today also! And now that I'm able to walk I've been doing laundry like crazy, washed three or four loads of baby's stuff and got the hospital bag together and finally gonna go get a car seat! Not bad considering I'll only be 36 weeks on Monday. I'm feeling productive today :-)

    Today my bf got mad at me because i spent $40 on more cleaning supplies, i dont even care because im going to go on the BEST cleaning spree ever tomorrow and i can't wait lol.

    8 year old step-son is driving me to levels of rage I haven't visited before.

    Some of his great ideas today have included: trying to spit his gum in the garbage from across the room (missing picking it up and continuing to try), using up his screen time and going to "play outside" but actually playing xbox at the neighbours, and asking if he can have a Popsicle after already opening and starting to eat it.

    My 1 year old has been entertaining today. He keeps yelling "no biting" (no-bi-deen) at our puppy.

    I'm in the bath now trying to postpone the inevitable clue/monopoly/risk game we'll be playing tonight...

    Glad to know I'm not the only one about to lose their mind. I forced myself out of the house since I have done nothing but clean the house and rearrange everything 3 times....I then discovered I'm the most boring person ever after ending up at a thrift store and Wal-Mart. -_- My MIL is throwing me a baby shower tomorrow, so it should be a much more exciting day!

    Idk why but I love this movie. The first half is way better than the second though. I think I watched it as a kid and was horrified and thrilled by it at the same time. Then I read the book. Super appropriate for a 5th grader, no? ;).

    I busted out of modified bedrest today for a hair appt... DH and the boys picked me up and dropped me off. Getting out of the house for a haircut has never been so thrilling!
    Yessss. I watched It today too! Love that movie! Me and my sisters used to watch it all the time when we were little.

    Binge eating on my left over baby shower cake - really I just misjudged how I was cutting. Washed new baby clothes, sanded new baby's crib, grocery shopping and chicken feed shopping. And the rest of the day was filled taking care of DS. Had a few 'I'm about to start crying' moments.

    I scored a job interview for next Tuesday... Great timing being 35w almost 36w prego. Freaking out about that as well. I'm a mess. LOL!!

    @mwt8673 I'm here :) I was at my Goddaughter's 2nd B'day party all day - just getting home and man oh man am I tired. Jealous of my son who HAS to go to bed now, but I feel like I shouldn't go to bed until he does at least (and my poor dog was in her cage all day so I don't want to put her right back in for bed!).

    We are at that point where if someone regular isn't posting it's bc they COULD be having their LO :))

    I nasty cried while watching The Best of Me. And it wasn't even the first time I've seen it. Hubby and I took a relaxing bath together for the first time since our honeymoon (over 3 years ago) and we had some great sex after! TMI, I know. But this is a big deal with my lack of interest this pregnancy. Plus I was hoping it would make me tired so I could actually sleep tonight.
