Friday randoms!!!

41 weeks and 1 day today!!!

On my way to the hospital with hubby! Time to have a baby! I thought I was all ready ... I'm scared to be induced . I'm literally crying/shaking as i type this post...

I hope everyone has a great day !! I'll catch up with you ladies later !

    Have a wedding today at 40+1 really not in the mood to go DH made me get up to take him to work this morning so he's really annoyed me then he turned around and informed me he had nothing to wear to the wedding I'm feeling so cross

    @mariec23 you guys can use the baby excuse. That feeling well, if you really don't want to go. I think people are going to be understanding. It's sounds like neither one was prepared to go.

    Today is my due date and no sign of my little one coming. Off to work I must go :-(

    Had such an inconsolable baby last night that we had to put him in the car and go for a long drive to calm him down. Then it started all over again when we got home and lasted till midnight when a storm moved through. Wondering if that had anything to do with it. Def moments you don't think about when u think about having a baby. Think I might try gripe water and see if that helps with his gas he gets so bad.

    Today's my due date. Uncomfortable and weary. Hoping the weekend goes fast if it doesn't bring baby.

    @lovlee1999 its my due date today as well! Had a sweep yesterday which produced some on and off cramps but now nothing. The end still seems so far away. Midwife estimated another 4 days or so but how accurate can they really be. I thought baby would be here by now. Hurry baby!!!! Xxx

    40+4 today. Just hanging out at home taking care of the hubs. Both kids are home all day today and I need to keep them calm so they don't bother dh too much. My dd is going for a sleepover at her aunt's house tonight so it'll just be us and my DS, and my parents are coming by and bringing dinner later tonight.

    Next appointment is Monday at 41 weeks and I'll have an NST, then Thursday we go in at 5:30am to have a baby. Really doubting s/he will come before then.

    4 days until EDD and I am starting to actually get sad that soon I won't be pregnant anymore! What is wrong with me?! I woke up from a bad dream last night and couldn't get back to sleep, so I just sat there feeling all her cute little kicks and just loving every second of it. I have my 39 week apt today, so I'm sure hearing once again that LO is still nowhere near being born will snap me right out of it!

    Husband's birthday is today! We are heading down to Denver where his sister will watch the kiddos while we go to dinner and a movie (Mad Max).

    We are scheduled for induction on Monday at 6 AM! We've got 2 cleaning ladies coming today to do a top to bottom cleaning on the house for which I am grateful. .....I cannot bring myself to do it anymore. Lol Good luck @Numajawara!!! So exciting! ♡

    @bookworm7495 - You're going to do great! I had a planned CS 11 days ago and while the beginning of recovery was tough, it gets much better each day! Thoughts of peace to you!

    well my day started out way too eventful, my dad is in town & doesn't have the best health. He fell at his hotel around midnight & ended up calling 911 & is now at the hospital. I had to call my mom & let her know & now she's on her way in from Houston. As I was getting myself ready this morning, i heard our lil daschund barking like crazy at someone outside & when i looked it was an effing dog napper trying to grab her off of our front door step so when we busted outside & asked what the eff he was doing, he got all nervous & oh is this your dog? Ugh idiot. On my way to the OB now, just to say hi & I'm still pregnant. This day is chaos!

    Still trying to get out of bed 9:15 here in the mile high city… Hungry now I need to eat! So my prenatal massage was amazing yesterday, didn't put me into labor, but I slept so well last night, better than I have in a while (obviously still in between trips to the bathroom). My body really needed that I guess and my hips feel so much better! Yesterday was my out and about day… Lunch downtown with my mom, massage at the spa, and a visit to my sisters house. Today will probably be a hang out at home day (I seem to be alternating a busy day with a lazy day)maybe watch a movie, do some reading, and then probably going to dinner somewhere with my husband and his dad who just came into town from Florida. Everyone is anticipating an anxious for the baby to come… Due on Tuesday

    39+1 today. It's my DD's 2nd birthday! Had fun celebrating it yesterday but I'm feeling super tired today. DH took her for a daddy/daughter breakfast date this morning while I got to stay home and soak in the bath. No signs of labor any time soon so I guess I will have to cross my legs all next week while DH is out of town and hope for an August baby.

    I jinxed myself. FFS i'm so tired of nearly three weeks of prodromal labour. Let's just go already.

    I slept all night last night and didn't pump, woke up with leaky boobs! Yeah! I pumped over an ounce of milk so that's a major victory for me. The NICU nurses told me rest and good nutrition would help my milk and they were right. Still trying to balance life with a baby in the hospital. Things like paying bills and grocery shopping have been on the back burner so in trying to take care of those things today before we go visit.

    Absolutely no progress yet so the doctor talked to us about whether or not we'd like to induce. Said it was completely up to us, but it looks like induction will start next Friday night! So excited and relieved! I felt like I was doing something wrong having nothing move along, but having so much false labor. I've been so stressed out about when or if I'd go into labor, so I am beyond relieved right now. By the end of next weekend I should be holding my baby boy :)

    Nice of you to confront him like that. I think I'd have fired a warning shot! Nobody messes with my pups!

    Had my 40 week appt today. Only 1 cm dilated and got my first membrance sweep. Hoping for baby to cm in next few days

    Got on the scale this morning and found I'm down 12 pounds! It has been 1 week since my c section. When I first came home I had only lost 3 but I was swollen like a tick! Most of the swelling has gone down, though my anckles and feet are not back to normal quite yet. Slowely but surely I will get there!

    Hubby enlisted a couple friensd to do some work on the outside of the house. They keep walking inside unannounced and waltzing into the room I'm in. I just want to breastfeed my baby in peace!

    Yeah it was craziness, we let her out for about 10 minutes each morning, she doesn't run off or leave our yard. I looked out the window & saw the guy walking up our front porch, reaching down to grab her! He's lucky I was half dressed and couldn't go outside, my SO confronted him. I'm debating calling the city about it, walking up on people's property is not smart.

    Well I was admitted to the hospital yesterday morning to get induced, tried one thing that was suppose to thin my cervix after being in me for 12 hours n it didn't work, so now I'm on pitocin and awaiting contractions hopefully it works But doctor already said he will be breaking my water around 5 o'clock so I'm freaking out but I'm ready to meet my little boy !

    Can't believe this is the last weekend of it just being hubby and I. It's almost bittersweet. I've loved having him to myself. But this little girl is so worth it and I can't wait to see him interacting with her... Taking her on daddy-daughter dates... And probably spoiling the crap out of her lol.

    Splurged on some really good steaks at the butcher in honor of it being our last Friday alone. He's working late because he will be out all next week- can't wait until he gets home so we can make dinner together and snuggle!

    So my contractions here at home got pretty intense and coming every 6 minutes, to the point i thought "ok if i get 2 or 3 more, we go to the hospital."

    Fucking jinxed myself even more, they tapered off to mewling whimpering crap at every 12 mins and now have basically stopped. ARGH.

    @jespernoir same exact thing happened to me today, mine got so intense I couldn't stand or talk and now I'm just sitting here with mild cramps, I'm so annoyed!

    Today is my due date and absolutely nothing. I feel like my body is letting me down. My first pregnancy went like this and I had to be induced, then it was all a giant nightmare. Had a doc appointment yesterday, she said my cervix is unfavorable for natural labor (been dilated to 1 cm for about 4 weeks with a soft & squishy cervix) and scheduled me for induction next Friday. I am so terrified and disappointed in my body.
