I'll definitely miss the kicks. They're just so cool and this little nudge of reassurance that she's doing great!
I'll also miss the excuse to wear fully elastic waist-band pants. Man, it is awesome not needing to button/unbutton pants!
Echoing others, I'll miss the "you look great/ so cute!" comments. Usually the comments are "you're so tall!!", so this has been a nice change of pace.
I'll miss the movement, as many others have mentioned. That is, hands down, the best part of being the one who grows and carries the baby.
I'll miss the look on people's faces at the gym when I head to the squat rack or deadlift platform with my baby belly. (I guess I'll just have to get stronger so I can impress them some other way )
I'll miss being total protection for my baby boy. Having DD on the outside is a scary experience (and great, don't get me wrong) because I have to let her live, fall, fail, etc. and I can't stop the hardships.
This pregnancy has been a source of anxiety for me from the start, for various reasons, and now my body's ready to quit. I'm glad to be near the end, but . . .
Knowing this is going to be my last baby, I'm going to miss the feeling of anticipation. No more waiting for the 20-week anatomy scan and finding out the sex. No more shopping for nursery decor and having everything lined up so neatly waiting for baby's arrival. I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas to get here.
I'll miss the way she kicks as if on cue when I think about her, and how DS likes to lift my shirt and kiss "the baby."
I'll miss having people at the gym look impressed that I'm working out with a giant belly.
I will miss my cute bump! I always wondered what I would look like with a baby bump, I would try to picture it. Now that I have one, I love it! I love how it looks and the reaction from people! And I enjoy that I can display my tummy peoudly rather than being self conscious or sucking it in!
I'll miss nothing as everything is exactly the same, including my body. At 28 weeks ( almost) I can honestly say I don't know what it's like to be pregnant. I have an anterior placenta, so not much movement so all that does is make me worry. I just can't wait till this is all over.
This is my last baby so I sure will miss all the movement kicks and bathroom trips lol... I am really ready 10 weeks left and he will be here it's gone so fast
I will miss my two year calling my belly button her baby sister's door belly. She pushes it and says ding dong when she wants to tell her sister something. It's pretty cute.
