Gabriel. DH agreed to it as this little guy!s middle name, but he could not get behind it as the first name. Rather than lose the name all together, I agreed to another first name.
James: My DH is being a real jerk on this one. It's a great name! He agrees with John but not James. Whatever.
Mary: DH says it's boring and thinks that having a possible DD with the name Elizabeth as her sister is too much. This one is my fault. I mentioned it would be cool to have Elizabeth and Mary, like the opposing queens. He was immediately turned off.
Olivia, Kaylee and Mason we have other ones we completely agree on so it's not a huge issue but DH was very quick to veto these ones which were part of my top 3's
Lucy for me too! I love that name. He says it's because our friend's cousin's one eyed Great Dane is named that. Also; Sophie Georgiana Violet Felicity

We have a really tough time agreeing. DH really likes more trendy names and I tend to lean more toward classic, or at least more common names. A few he vetoed of mine
-Jameson (DH is James) he doesn't like it because it's our friends dogs name and a whiskey. (I'm still holding out for this one) -Nicholas (nick) -Mathew (Matt) -Maliki (nn Ki)
It sucks how people from our past (or present) ruin a name for you

Dexter (he has a friend)
Beatrice (I really thought he'd like this one)
Genevieve. I fought tooth and nail for this name with DD#1, and tried fighting for it again this time around. He still hates it.
Esther (although I'm apparently the only person on the planet who loves this name)
David - he apparently hates it so much he wouldn't even agree to I as a middle name. Who hates David?
Boys:
Blake: He said it sounded like someone who was annoying.
Hugo: to far out there for our area.
Malachi: Children of the Corn
Orion: Are we naming a puppy? (This is the same man that pitched Duke as a name).
Jacob: Boring
Gloria (for my grandmother)
Violet (we have twins and one of them is marigold so he is done with flowers)
Robert (his and his father's name, I don't really love it but thought it would be nice in the mn spot for honor's sake)
-Nicholas (nick)
-Mathew (Matt)
-Maliki (nn Ki)
