Wednesday randoms!!!!

40 weeks 6 days today . I'm a STM going this far into pregnancy it's driving me insane while my first pregnancy wasn't this long lol . Well tomorrow I have a nst so I will just be relaxing with my baby boy today before baby number two is here tomorrow

What's your Wednesday looking like ladies ?

    Looks to me like I'll be cleaning up dog vomit. We have a pug who thinks he's a vacuum cleaner and eats random objects. We keep our house picked up and have no idea what he ate this time. So far, it has been a squeaky toy, a sock, a scrunchie from my husband's grandma's house, and an envelope with $545 in it. Three surgeries and because of scar tissur he can't have another so we have to see if it passes or put him to sleep :(

    @megmansell what a bummer about your pup. It's moments like those where you realize how much you love your pets. You can be mad as hell that they did "it" again, but you would do anything to prevent putting them down. I will be thinking of you.

    Just did my first morning feed with babe at home. We were able to leave the hospital last night almost exactly 24 hours after birth. He slept one 4 hour block of time. Needless to say, I feel like I got the sleep of champions. Anticipating today being a shit show though. Gonna send Hubs to the grocery store and watch him try and wrangle our 3 yr old.

    I have to go into hospital tomorrow for my pre-admittance appointment. Tuesday here we come!! :D

    Oh sad!!! And that sucks!!! Especially the $$ part...not to mention the money you must've spent on his surgeries...also hope you don't have to put him to sleep! Good luck lady

    Taking my baby boy for a walk and to play at the playground this morning. Hoping to jumpstart a little baby action today!
    @megmansell sorry about your dog :( I hope everything works out!! I can't imagine having to go through that with our dogs, especially so close to baby's bday.

    Been up since 5:00...baby moving, moving as usual! Oh That foot in the ribs!! :(( Watching Wall-E now on my new big screen (One of my favorite animated movies!) went out and about yesterday… Today will probably be a hang out at home day. Might mess with some potted plants that need some love outside, fold some laundry, take a nap, unload and load the dishwasher, change the sheets on my bed… That seems like a lot for one day in the 39th week!

    39 week check up today! Hoping this is my last one, but I'm not so sure. Going to spend the day reading and studying, gotta finish my classes before baby girl gets here!

    Today is my due date! I'm spending the day hanging around the house spending time with my parents and just waiting to see if anything will happen today. I thought I felt some cramps last night but now they are gone. Maybe tomorrow?

    Can't decide, Another movie… Or shower first? Also feeling like an oldie but a goodie chick flick… ladies what do you think? Dirty dancing or romancing the Stone?

    Been up since 3am! Ah pregnancy insomnia. Felt like I had menstrual cramps and like something may be starting up...but nothing got going but my appetite ;) Breakfast with DH before he went to work and now the dog is only too happy to come back to bed and have a nap with me before the house cleaners show up mid-day (hiring cleaners is our indulgence to get ready for baby and I can't believe how wonderful it is!) Off to bed again - hope you all have a great day!

    Today feels like it's going to be a lazy day. 40+1 and I know I should keep active to help baby make some moves, but I've been off work since last week. The house is spotless, I have no more errands to run, and honestly it's too hot for me to go for a walk or something. This Florida heat is draining me.

    I did manage to make a grocery run this morning for a few items that we didn't really need, and I filled up my gas tank. Hubby has been on me about not waiting until my gas light comes on to fill up. So I've been trying to remember to fill up when I reach half tank instead. Hopefully it becomes a habit soon!

    @vineheart137 I don't envy the Florida heat at all! I have a bunch of family in the Fort Lauderdale area though. Denver can be hot but pretty dry for the most part… And actually we've been having an unusual amount of rain. You're right about the gas too (I tend to do the same thing)… I should get my tank filled up, it's getting kind a low, just in case we end up driving my car to the hospital, which luckily isn't too far away

    @ecloho I've lived in Florida my whole life, grew up in Miami. You'd think I'd be used to it by now! Yeah try pretending like your new "gas light" signal is the half tank line. Hopefully you can break that bad habit quicker than me lol.

    Didn't sleep well last night. So much pressure and had to pee so many times. Gonna have a banana with peanut butter and yogurt and try to go back to sleep. I'll check in with you bumpies later!

    Headed to the hospital to do the required lab work for my scheduled CS on Friday! I can't believe it's coming up so soon! Part of me is wondering if she may try to appear before then. I've had irregular contractions and now have constant lower back pain. Who knows?!

    Pregnancy Brain 8-} I just realized I said in my original post "before baby is here tomorrow" I meant to say Friday lol nst tomorrow and induction set for Friday unless baby surprises us before Friday

    Relaxing today with baby girl, tomorrow is her second dr. Appointment :) and then it's a 3 day weekend for my husband! Can't wait :)

    Congrats to you ladies getting induced. I'm having a crazy busy day at work, makes me hope for this Lo to come so I can have a break. Although he will be just as demanding. I have a mental note or more of a pet peeve when my gas gets down to 1/4 I have to fill it up again. My SO is currently sick, so when I get home from work, I have been taking care of him, I'm not sure where I am getting the energy to keep going but its coming from somewhere. 
    Oh and @ecloho I vote for dirty dancing!

    Hardly slept, kept having bad dreams and waking up upset. Is that a early sign of labour, lol???

    Update: I have no energy left today... working 40 hours a week at 39.3 in a busy doctors office is just craziness. 
    I am anxious for LO to arrive even though it will be one demanding job to another, at least the LO is super cute

    I spent yesterday in the hospital with dh, getting his finger amputated after an infection from 2 years ago came back with a vengeance. So all that stress combined with the thought of him not working for a month or so (and extremely limited short term disability) and it's no wonder this kid hasn't come yet.

    My daughter is a week and a half old, and my husband decides that today he's going to do interviews with three different companies because he thinks his current employer is going to try replacing him with someone cheaper. I wouldn't have a problem with him switching jobs, but the companies are in California, Colorado, and Germany. We live in Massachusetts! He's telling them he can start in September, like that's enough time for us to pack up our lives and move several time zones away! I don't even want to look at him right now, I'm so mad. We don't even know anyone in any of those places. At least I can speak German...

    Baby is now just 9 days old. Between trying to recover from an unexpected csection and the two older kids trying to adjust (which is not happening smoothly), my DH's exwife decided to send him papers the day after we got home saying she was taking my step daughter two hours away before August 10th. Idk how that will work when we get her 1/2 the week, but needless to say.. His mind and energy has been focused on calling lawyers and being upset with that situation. I'm feeling quite robbed of our happy time, but hey.. There's always Netflix and ice cream, right?

    After 2 weeks and 3 days the umbilical stump finally came off. Our son's came off in day 3. The day we got home from the hospital. Thus proving every kid is different.

    It's almost time for my pre-admittance appointment! I'm soooo excited :)

    Also...I've had continuous cramps since late last night. I know that I gripe about it everyday but I hate you false labour!!!

    I'm really crampy & just got off work, part of me is get up and pack (we're moving this weekend) because I have nothing done and the other part is like NAP NAP!
