How are we?
I am back to having difficulty sleeping. I instinctually want to sleep on my tummy. I start off on my back or side, but always wake up on my stomach. Lately I have been trying to sleep with a pillow between my legs, but I find it just makes me hot, or i manage to kick it away, and still end up on my tummy. I think the reason I am not sleeping well, is that I am trying so hard to NOT end up on my tummy, that I am not getting into a deep sleep. Any suggestions?

I have been having muscle and joint stiffness and aches, especially my hips, knees, and quads. I walk nearly daily, so I'm wondering if I'm not getting enough protein or calcium or other nutrient.

I'm feeling pretty awesome these days- hungry, happy. I still am self-conscious about the way I look but overall I'm happy! Hoping it lasts!
Having a hard time finding a comfy sleep position because my back and hips hurt- I bought a snoogle yesterday!
Still nauseous and dizzy
Had our follow yesterday @ 14 wks and we finally were able to hear LO heart beat for the first time! It was such an incredible sound.. I totally started getting weepy lol.
Feeling pretty good, just been having some headaches occasionally.
Going for a 3D/4D US tomorrow and super excited!!!!
I'm feeling pretty fat, headaches have been constant and I'm having a lot of ligament pain the last couple of days. I don't remember having this pain this late in my last pregnancy. Can anyone else relate right now?
Oh and I get full after eating a small meal, but then I am starving 5 minutes later! I have a feeling this is going to be a crazy pregnancy!
For those not sleeping comfortably, I found a bath or shower before bed helped loosen my legs/back last pregnancy.
