I hate double stuf Oreos. My favorite is the chocolate cream filled ones or the mint cream. I read that the thin Oreos are supposed to be more adult and classy which I don't get.

Hate double stuff!? That's sacrilege.
I hate them too! Don't banish me!!!
I don't hate them, but if I'm buying, I get regular. The double stuff gets to be a little too sweet for me.

Just kidding! I do worry about you but you may stay, lol!
Just bought double stuff and already had 4 (the daily limit I imposed on myself since I was a kid lol - never had more than 4 in a day so I can't have anymore today!)
Feb '16 Siggy Challenge: Favorite Thing About Fall: Haunted Houses and Scary Movies!
A close friend of mine taught me a knew way to eat Oreos about a year ago and I have never gone back. Take your Oreos, break each one into 3-4 pieces and put them in bowl. Now pour milk on top and eat them like cereal with a spoon. Revolutionized my life.
Noooo. That takes away all the satisfaction of dipping!!
This bakery I used to work at made the most incredible Oreo truffles....ughhhh I totally wish I still worked there!!
The culinary students at school always used to make something like this. That was one f my favorite days teaching because they always brought me some. Yummy!!!

I like to live on the edge and run the risk of it breaking off. Actually the thought of it all mushy just made me dry heave....Oreos are not in my near future it seems!
As I read though this thread, I cycle between intense nausea (berry? Mushy in milk? Double stuffed? gross) and desperately needing some Oreos (or Newman's own mint Os, since we don't eat the real thing).

I don't count my Oreos I sit with the package next to me.
I must admit, Mega Stuff are too much sweet, not enough cookie for me. They are DH's favorite though. We have both types in the house. We usually have self control though. The packages can easily last us 2-3 months, maybe longer. I managed to hold off last night, the challenge begins again this morning!

That is serious control! They last like a week, 2 max if they get put int he pantry and we forget about them.
I bought Oreos thanks to this thread! But oddly I haven't been wanting them, really. Very unusual for me since normally I have a huge sweet tooth. I even have vanilla ice cream to mix them into! What is wrong with me?!
I just sent dh out last night for some ice cream and some oreos. Can't wait to eat some when I get home! Never heard of freezing them, now totally going to try that tonight too!
I read this thread while waiting to be able to finally post and I think not posting just made me keep eating more oreos. While DH has been helping, we have totally went through a package since saturday. We normally try to avoid having snacks like that in the house since neither of us have any control. Although we are both relatively in shape, we are both beyond fat kids at heart for chocolate.
Oreos are 40% off at Target on the Cartwheel app right now. The way I see it, I couldn't pass up such a bargain.
See now, this is just downright mean. I'm a couponer and Target is 1.2 miles from my house. I can't go near Target armed with this information! Thankfully there are no manufacturer qs available right now, I may be okay.
The rice krispy treat oreos are SO good. I can't find them at any store we shop at, though, even though supposedly they're back right now. They're the only "special" oreo I really like.
