My favorite piece of jewelry is an industrial piercing I got myself to celebrate my 21st birthday. Unfortunately, it migrated out of my ear (you can kind of see it pushing its way forward in this picture) during my first pregnancy, but as soon as I'm neither BFing or pregnant, I plan to have it put back in. I don't have a picture of when it was first put in when I had purple gems (my favorite color) but this is the faux diamond piece that I got to wear in my wedding to class it up a bit. I miss it so bad.
@indibidule hey thanks! I'm catholic so I love anything with a cross and I couldn't decide between a horizontal or vertical industrial. My piercer worked with a custom jewelry company to get the center piece made with 4 screws on it so each prong of the cross could connect in the middle. It was pricey and took 3 sittings months apart to get it fitted properly, but I absolutely loved it. My mother about tore it out of my ear when she first saw it, though. Haha. She thought my second earlobe piercings were excessive... I now boast 18 unnecessary holes in my head and I love every single one.
I must say I'm with all of you on chicken sandwiches! I've had Chick Fil A once and it was amazing, they keep trying to open them in NY and they keep getting blocked! Luckily Shake Shack is "testing" their chicken sandwich in the Brooklyn market now and it will hopefully make it to all Shake Shacks soon. I may be tempted to stop on my way home from work one day and get one. As for post birth food as of now it's Panera, creamy tomato soup and mac n cheese, my fav!
