Okay so my due date as it stands is Jan 2 and it's like I can never get enough to eat still! I woke up so hungry this morning but all that's on my mind are oranges!! Anyone else dealing with this?
Yes, I went from hardly having an appetite to ravaging beast. I'm trying to manage it by drinking A LOT of water. I'm eating what I'm craving but not much of it, and a lot of water, lol.
I had a appetite so big since before I even knew I was pregnant and I'm 16 weeks today and my appetite hasn't changed a bit I've gained 12 pounds it's literally only belly and butt my SO loves it he can't keep his hands off belly or bum lol!
Me too! I wasn't very hungry for awhile and now...holy smokes! Today I ate two slices of quiche, a bowl of fruit, fish and chips, 2 pb&j sandwiches, a peach, a small bag of chips, etc...and it's not even dinner time yet!
Same here. When I went grocery shopping today I tried to stock up on healthier, high protein snacks. I am hoping if I eat more protein filled snacks throughout the day I'll be able to curb the ravenous feeling I get. Just starting to be able to eat normally again and some days I can only stomach junky, carb loaded food.
I'm just so happy I'm not the only one lol! Some days I'll have to force myself to stop eating cause I just get do hungry I can't even control it. And I drink so much water it's not even funny.
For me I'm constantly hungry but can barley eat anything before I feel full. It's irritating when all I wanna do is pig out lol. Maybe it's a blessing though!
I also feel starving all the time. I work in an office with just my SIL and she goes to the grocery store with me every week to stock up on healthy snacks so that I'm not constantly asking her to go get a cheeseburger or chic-fil-a with me after we just ate lunch!
Eating smaller meals throughout the day has really helped curb my appetite. I'm still hungry. But not ravenous hungry. Eating every couple of hours also gives me something to look forward to and helps prevent me from stuffing my face all at once.
