Natural Iduction Methods Please!!!!!

Im 39 weeks and still only dilated about a fingertip. I dont wanna be induced I want my little girl to come on her own. Please any suggestions for natural induction. My husband and I have been trying sex, walking, and ive even tried moving my hips back and forth like I read to do but nothing is happening!

    Honestly my doctor (and many others) have told me there is no way to naturally induce. Sure things might coincidentally happen after sex or walking but by the sounds of it that's all there is to it. Some women go past their due dates (especially if you are a FTM) by over a week and the due date is just an estimate anyway. At 39 weeks your baby may not be ready to come out so I would say just relax and your baby will be here soon. Women do not get induced until after 41 weeks,close to 42 weeks. Also whatever you do,do not use castor oil as it is dangerous for your baby. Hope your little one comes soon!

    Also the amount your dilated means nothing as that can happen very fast!

    I'm 40 weeks today and was 1cm as of Monday.  Don't worry (its hard, I know!), our babies will come when they are ready!  Many of my friends have gone 3, 5, or even 10 days overdue with the first, but still had very successful, safe natural births.

    I did some super bouncing on the yoga ball from 40+2 each night. My cervix is completely closed but water broke last night at 40+4 anyway. Not sure if the bouncing contributed, but contractions are now cracking on!

    Nipple stimulation!  It caused contractions for me at 32 weeks -- totally works!  

    You have to expel colostrum.  Try your breast pump?
