Can you recognize symptoms so early?

Hi all. I had a loss late April and we tried right away once we could. I wouldnt be surprised if it worked because I've been on a dizzy spell for an entire week now. I didnt go throuh any of this last time so if it is a baby it's really different. Im still taking prenatals and i also take prescribed Vitamin D supplements.
Fatigue is def. kicking in too. Higher temp is there for sure.

Is it possible to feel this and go through this already?? If my AF comes it should be in 20days. If pregnant, i just hope it's a healthy baby & pregnancy. It would be our first child!

    I had heart palpitations really early on, which is a symptom for me. Anything's possible!

    I was dizzy almost immediately after ovulation which I have never had as a symptom before, but now I am guessing the two were connected and it was a super early sign. I hope you get your rainbow baby this month!!

    I have been wondering the same thing I am currently 5dpo and my boobs have been killing me , headache, consistently high temp, etc. TWW is brutal!!!

    @knw007 Hope it's a baby for you!
    Dizziness is still there and I'm waiting for this weekend to do an early test. Fingerd crossed.
