I'm interested to hear where your LO is sleeping now that he/she is a little older. Still on your chest? Transitioned into a crib?
Where were they and where are they now?
LO was primarily in the rock n play near my bed but now is successfully sleeping exclusively in his crib! However, he needs the Munchkin vibrating mattress pad to get him to sleep. Bless the makers of that wonderful creation!
During the day it's in his pack n play (vibrating feature turned on) or the mamaroo.
Re: Update - Where is your baby sleeping?
@btm013 where did you get your vibrating mattress pad? My mom has been looking for one for me because I think that will help tremendously!

My LO loves this as well.
Eta: day time he naps in bouncer (easy to move to different rooms) or in Mamaroo
During the day he often sleeps in his swing.
Today is the first time she slept in her swing for more than 10 minutes crying to be held, snuggling up and falling asleep. Let's hope that was just a growth spurt
She sleeps 9 hours (10-7) and nurses two or three times during the night.
Going to transition her into the arms reach cosleeper (sidecar basinette) now that she's 5 weeks.
Started her out in the cosleeper but she was super noisy and slept better very close to me.dyeing the day are sleeps in my arms, chest, or a cradle, rock a bunny swing.
Pack n play is just a changing table basically...
Baby bjorn bouncer works occasionally.
She's been sleeping so well at night it's hard to move her, we all are happy!
We finally got crib sheets, monitor, & noise machine for her to start sleeping in her crib. Now all I need is a shade to cover the semi-circle window above hers. We have black out curtains, but I feel weird turning on the lamp to nurse/rock at night with that little window open to the front of the house.
Also, I want to ask her pedi about her noises while flat. She was in bassinet until those grunts/wheezes woke her up, now she's in her bouncer seat. (Slept 5 hours last night!!) Someone suggested it was a congested nose, but it's only when she's flat & it sounds like it's coming from her throat. I'm going to record her tonight/tomorrow tonight.
So hopefully crib transition by this weekend!!!
LO has been very good about settling in the bassinet overnight (even if he does wake every 2 hours to feed at times). Once I feed him, I usually put him down either asleep or drowsy - he often wakes up but will happily chatter to himself or wriggle around for maybe 5-10 minutes without crying before falling asleep again. I think it helps that we've been pretty consistent about putting him in the bassinet at night (I'm not comfortable personally with bed sharing, and I think I wouldn't be able to sleep at all with him in our bed). I also try to keep a good distinction between night and day which I think helps.
You can look into buying one of those things that sounds an alarm if the baby stops breathing...I've read about them on here but am blanking on the name right now.
2nd round exp 8/20/18.
