Oops, I see from your picture, yes 3 separate sacs.
Little known fact, but occasionally you can have identical multiples (monozygotic) that are in their own amniotic sacs with their own placentas and chorions. It's not common, but it does happen.
Edit: Actually, totally common according to this. Here's hoping for identicals for everyone
Yes! My twins are identical but had their own sacs and placentas! It will be interesting for her to see if they look a lot alike or not at all!
