Period 3 weeks after miscarriage??

Just wondering when everyone else got their period after miscarriage. My doctor said 4-6 weeks, but I started bleeding after 3 weeks. I took my cytotec on June 12th and bled for a week and then had some brown discharge, then on July 5th I started bleeding. I had some light cramping that day. It has been 6 days and it's super heavy. Has anyone gotten their period this soon after miscarriage?

    It's possible. Depends on when exactly your cycle started over when the MC proccess began or was recognized. When I had a CP in March I bled for 4 days before passing tissue - got pregnant next cycle and bc of the MC didnt know when my "LMP" was - my dating scan determined 1st day of my last "LMP" was the first day I had the mc bleeding. But this may not be the case for everyone and since there is no way of knowing for sure thats just what doctors say. They don't want women to worry if it takes longer because it deffinitly can.
    So depending on what day your body recognized as CD1 your body may be ahead of where you think. Sounds like AF to me though.
    I have no clue whats going on with me this time. Missed MC bleeding started 5 weeks ago, mc completed 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago my follow up showed some small clots they said I'd pass with my next cycle and that happend 1 week ago. 4 weeks would say it may have been AF but because it came on as I was still lightly spotting from the MC I have no clue.
    Post MC bodies can be so confusing. : / As the days/weeks pass it will come together.
