Deciding between two girl names....

I have been STRUGGLING with finding/choosing a name for our baby girl. My husband's first choice -Amara- is really pretty, but after "deciding" on it a few weeks back, I just didn't have a peace about it. (I felt like maybe it was too exotic or just didn't fit well with our names, Amber & Seth) So, my husband took it off the table "for good" and we started going back through thousands of names...again.

The only name we have both liked equally is Genevieve. So after getting the blessing of my close friend whose 4 1/2 yr old daughter bears the same name, we decided to go with it.

NOW I am all of a sudden "torn" between the two names! ???? What is wrong with me?? I keep writing them both over and over and putting them with our names and I just don't know.

What do you think? Amara Kate or Genevieve Rose

I think both are pretty, but prefer Genevieve, and I feel like Amara doesn't go as well with your last name

I'm usually all about classic names but I just don't like Genevieve. I like Amara is nice. I have seen it a few times and don't think it's too out there. And I don't think it matters if it matches your names as parents.
