  We've had a Motorola twice (first one was dropped in a bowl of water and broke) and I love it. I'm currently using this one for my 9 month old:

  I like that it tells the temp in her room, the picture is clear, the sound can be turned all the way down without having to turn the monitor off and the range is pretty far. I'd definitely recommend it.

  I use Motorola as well but a different version (in the link above). It's expensive but it does everything and I figure I'll use it for the next couple of years so it'll be well worth it!
  I love how you can zoom in and out with the camera and move the camera left, right, up, and down all from the baby monitor/video controller! It's great for when he's moving around and I need to adjust the picture!!

  We have the iBaby. The sound is delayed so we just use a regular Motorola monitor for that but being able to pull up their videos on my phone is awesome. Plus long distance relatives can check in on them too.
