Postpartum- Always brand pads/underwear

I was browsing through coupons.com and found a $2.00 off coupon for Always brand underwear. (theres also a coupon for Always pads) I read over the reviews and even though its for bladder leakage, I'm thinking it could help with postpartum flow. Not sure if anybody's tried this or not, but I figured I would throw this out there. Or at least wear it for overnight?

    I hate always , always have I personally think they suck and are poorly put together . Kotex is my #1 . I plan to get the big overnight pack I've heard those are great for postpartum. The regular heavy flow is probably even good enough cause they do not budge . Kotex also gives out good coupons .
