Testing Plans: BFN again this morning, pretty sure I am out this cycle, just waiting for AF to arrive, which is scheduled for today.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: chart attached for stalkers. Nothing new, lower back pain yesterday and some mild cramping, no surprises there.

GTKY; are you finding out the sex? Having a gender reveal party? Or waiting until LOs birthday to find out?: we are planning to have a gender reveal party and I am so excited about it! I love parties! And we will be moved in to our new house by then (we are moving in Septmeber and this is assuming I get pregnant before the end of the year) my DS is about to turn three so he know his colors, we want to have the big black balloon filled with either pink or blue confetti and have him pop it and yell it out for us! I really want to involve him in some way.

Testing Plans: I had a follow up appointment for my UTI which I still have but I had them do a pregnancy dip and it was negative

I also tested this morning and another negative.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: I am hoping AF comes today or tomorrow so I can just get a stronger antibiotic. My boobs still fell very full and sore but I am loving how big they are right now! LOL!

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: My lovely CH showed up this morning just as expected! No symptoms except that I've felt remarkably good, so I'm thankful my PMDD is not taking over.

@SchmancyNancy you haven't had a temp drop yet to signify af coming...but I'm wondering if your thermometer is working, you have a ton of temps exactly the same. Have you tried taking your temp at a different time to make sure if's working properly?

Testing Plans: I would like to wait one more week but I have a bunch of cheapies and one FRER so knowing me I'll start on the cheapies sooner. Lol

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: ok I'll just go all in here even tho I've been resisting doing this all week because I'm always wrong about these things. But this has been a really weird week. AF is due in 7 days. 2 days ago I had spotting in the morning but then never again. I also had cramping and that lasted all that say and night and all day yesterday. But still no AF today! My boobs are killing me as of last night but to be fair, they were sore last month also and it meant nothing.

I want to shop, and get the room ready, and gender neutral stuff is ugly and always looks boyish in my opinion. Not a fan of yellow, brown or green. Lol. I don't know about a party yet but maybe! I saw a cute idea online once to announce it on Facebook. It was a sonogram photo with a little pink bow on the head part for a girl or a little blue bow tie on the neck of the photo for a boy

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: I O'd yesterday! I'm in my first TWW! There were times I never believed this day would come! Woohooooo!!

GTKY; are you finding out the sex? Having a gender reveal party? Or waiting until LOs birthday to find out?: We are DEFINITELY finding out the sex. I can't wait to decorate the nursery and start buying cute little baby clothes! No offense to anyone that is going to have one, but I loathe the idea of gender reveal parties. We will probably do something cute just for our parents/siblings to let them know what we're having. It will be the first grandchild on both sides of our immediate family, so they will be very anxious to find out. However, I have 24 cousins on my dads side and they have all been poppin out kids for a while now, so I think my extended family has had their fill of gender reveal parties for a lifetime.

GTKY; are you finding out the sex? Having a gender reveal party? Or waiting until LOs birthday to find out?: We will find out the sex. There's no way DH and I can wait until the birth to find it out. I don't know about a gender reveal "party". Thats something we haven't discussed. I'm sure we'll do something little and cute for our immediate families to tell the sex, but nothing big like a party...who knows. Maybe I'll change my mind once i'm pregnant.

@mommy grams I thought the same thing, I mean, who has the exact same temperature for almost a week? So I've taken at random times a couple times and it's always just a little bit higher. I took it this morning after I had been awake about an hour and it was 97.86. You think it could be broken? I've found my almost 3 year old playing with it a couple times. He wasn't being too rough with it though.

@JustBored10 This seems a little mean... I went to a gender reveal for some close friends and literally everyone who was there (like 40 people) cried when the pink balloons flew out of the box. Everyone was so happy. If you don't plan to reveal the gender, why would you have a gender reveal party?? Why not just have a yellow baby shower instead...

Or waiting until LOs birthday to find out?: With my son we were team green all the way (I announced that he was a boy when he was born), I think we will probably do the same. We were living in a one bedroom so the crib was in our room and there was no decorating, etc. so it made it easier to not have to buy anything nursery related. Our stroller is red (my favorite color) and the little things (swing, rock and play, activity mat, etc.) were either gray and another color/red/green or they were brightly colored animal themed. Personally, i hate pink and i am strongly and totally against the fact that toy companies make a girl and a boy version of everything. Since when are primary colors only for boys?! This poor second kid will be sharing the room with our son, so they will be in a mostly gray with bright colors (blue, green, orange) room.

Testing Plans: Going to try to wait until my test day, but it seems like it is always a Monday! If I were pregnant, I definitely wouldn't want to find out on a Monday morning, so I would probably do Sunday.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: My temps are so weird this month. Everything was looking like I O'd on day 16, but I had so many weird circumstances this week. First I finally starting sleeping with a lighter blanket so I don't wake up sweating. On the first day of new blanket, had an extremely low temp. Then I had like 3 glasses of wine the next day, so temp went up. Now its day 19 and temp is dropped back down, so I feel like today is actually my true O instead of what was appearing to be day 16. I O'd last month on day 19 so maybe this is my new normal? Luckily I think we covered all of our bases with sex, so it shouldn't matter too much. Now just waiting for the crosshairs.

I don't feel like I would be capable of waiting so long of my own volition. DH would really want it to be a surprise, but I think I would end up winning out. No gender reveal party but I may surprise my parents in a cute way since it would be their first grandchild and they are the only ones who would care.

Testing Plans: BFN yesterday. AF was supposed to arrive yesterday. I am 99% certain it will arrive within the next 2 days, but if it still hasn't, I will probably test again on Monday.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: I have every early pregnancy symptom in the book (symptom spotters anonymous should seriously be a thing) which also just happen to be all of my pre-period symptoms. Feeling extremely frustrated at the moment, because if I'm not pregnant I'd really just like AF to show the heck up so we can try again on cycle two. I am basically the most impatient person in the world, and not being able to truly control when we get pregnant (even with all the charting in the world) is affecting me more than I thought it would... End rant.

GTKY: Some day - whenever it happens - we would most definitely find out the sex, assuming the baby was in the right position. There is no way I could wait until the birthday (back to this whole most impatient person in the world thing). Gender reveal we are split on - DH doesn't like the idea but I think it is kind of cute.

Yeah - I agree. What a let down! That's a party I would leave from disappointed and come here to post about. The surprise isn't the fact that you're not finding out the gender. The surprise IS the gender. But to each their own I guess.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: I'm not as optimistic as I was last week. Maybe its all the BFN. Last night my nips were randomly super hard and painful which I doubt is a symptom and I'm just a weirdo. Also, lower back pain which I think is PMS. We'll see.

GTKY; are you finding out the sex? We'll find out the gender. As far as telling folks, or how we decorate, etc, who knows. DH's fam has very gender-neutral beliefs about kids--

With my nieces there was absolutely no pink allowed and nephews had a zero blue tolerance. Their parents say why does something for a child/baby have to be sex-specific, unless the toy/clothing is actually for sexual purposes, and WTF do babies need a sex-toy for...So, because I've heard that argument for the past 10 years or so, I'm either going to:

a.) Drink the koolaid and do the same, browns and greens, boys in jumpers, and tell eryone "sex does not define them" or

b.) Drink the other cup of koolaid and go100% Barbie

GTKY: Yes, H and I will find out what we are planning. But we will not have a gender reveal party. While I am all for cake, I think gender reveal parties are lame and AW. I don't think genitals warrant a party.

Testing Plans: I've tested the last few days. Yesterday I had a near invisible faint line that I couldn't decide was really there or if I was seeing things. This morning I received what I saw as more of a BFN. My AF is due Sunday or Monday so I'm going to just wait now and see if she arrives. Ahhhwell.

Symptoms/Rants/Raves/Chart Stalk: Mild break outs, which is not common for me. Yesterday I was dang hormonal (my poor husband). Other than that, nothing too huge.

GTKY; are you finding out the sex? Having a gender reveal party? Or waiting until LOs birthday to find out?: We would find out the sex. Huge kudos to those who wait to he surprised - I could never! No parties though. Just not our thing.

I have to disagree with the other ladies about the fake sex reveal party. I think getting excited about finding out the sex of my loved one's baby, taking the time to go to their sex reveal party when I have very little free time as it were, possibly splurging and buying a little gifty for baby like a cute onesie (as a surprise gift) and getting there only to be duped would be an awesome thing!

It's screams attention whore so much. Sorry but that's super mean & such a let down. Just tell people you'll have a sex reveal party the day the kid is born, boom, done.
