  • I've been doing yoga 2-3 times a week. Just normal classes. I won't look into prenatal until I get bigger and it begins to impact what I can do. My MS has been manageable so I've been able to get out on the kayaks, do some easier hikes (although I'm out of breath waaay faster than usual) and golf here and there. Nothing intense though. It's definitely nice to see what others are doing! Keep it up everyone!

  • I'm a plus size mamma and go to the gym 4 times a week doing 2 strength classes and 2 cardio classes for 45 mins. I haven't been in a week because I get up and feel terrible but I'm trying to get back into it tomorrow.
    The trainers are good about reminding me to dial it back a little when I push too hard. I go at 6am and I'm exhausted by 8pm (well actually I'd love a nap at midday everyday, ha) but I sleep better the nights I go so I've been pushing myself to go. Oh I'm 9w5d.
