I had a MC in April, therefore my anxiety that it will happen again is through the roof. I am having twinges to cramps every so often the past two days, but as long as i'm not spotting bright red blood all is good.
I had a miscarriage back in March so like PP I am more anxious than I was with my pregnancy with DS. That being said, I remind myself that today I am pregnant and there is nothing I can do to prevent a miscarriage so I do the best I can to take care of myself for my baby.
This is my first pregnancy and I have never miscarried but am very worried also. Since I was 4 weeks pg I have been having cramps on and off and even though everything online says its "normal" I am still scared and dont want to lose this little muffin (I am 5wks, 3 days)
I am right there with you.
The good news is that every day of pregnancy your chance of miscarriage goes down about 1 1/2% based on that chart in the link above. I look at it every morning and have labeled it "positive thinking" on my phone.
I too get worried. First pregnancy, and faint but noticeable cramps and pains off and on. only 4 weeks today but have been having this discomfort since implantation... Uff... Positive thinking! Little peanut just reminding me that they are there
Me too! I've had 2 miscarriages already. ..and don't have any kids yet...I'm 5 weeks, 5 days..1st ob appt is tomorrow. I'm really hoping this time is different...keeping my fingers crossed and praying a lot!! I'd love for this pregnancy to go well.

I am terrified of this. I have had a rough year health wise and my husband and I are so excited for this baby. Every night I have been having nightmares of having a miscarriage.
I am scared also. A couple days ago, I was spotting, then it went away. Then last night husband and I got friendly and it started back again. I am worried also because my mom and sister both lost their second pregnancies and this is my second. But I have my early scan tomorrow, so I am hoping to see a good bubble with something in it.
Try not to worry. I know, easier said than done. Cramps and twinges here and there can actually be normal due to your uterus growing and stretching and your LO snuggling further in. There is a LOT going on down there. Our bodies are quickly changing, even if we can't see it on the outside.
If you are spotting or tired, put your feet up, drink some water and try to relax. Not to be a downer, but if it's going to happen, it's going to happen. Hopefully it won't. I was in a car accident at 5 weeks when pregnant with my daughter and was terrified, but our bodies are very resilient and protective of these little appleseeds.

It's natural for mums to be to worry. This is my first pregnancy too and worry about it every minute of the day! Every little twinge I worry. And I to get nightmares of waking up to blood it's horrible! As long as you are eating healthily and doing your absolute best to protect Bub you know you are doing the right thing.
