Between about 25 and 35 weeks it was very uncomfortable for us to have sex! Now I will be 38 weeks Saturday and I have heard that helps baby come so, I have been making my husband have "nooners" on his lunch break!
I try to at least once every two weeks for my husband's sake haha. I can't do more than that and my husband understands. It's just so painful after and I have to force myself to get in the mood. Did not have that problem last pregnancy.
So I'll be 38 weeks this Saturday and my OB said nothing's happening down there (as in my body is not prepping for labour) and I'm about ready to have this baby. I told my hubs that I read sex can bring on labor to which he replied, "I'm not plunging that baby out of you with my penis!".... Of course I laughed but then I rubbed my belly and said, "what's the matter you don't think this is sexy?" He laughed and said, "I dont want to be the dad with the one eyed baby at the hospital" LMAO.... This guy is too much but yea, no sex for me.

And Dr cleared him to be good at any time 2 weeks ago I'll be 39 weeks Tom. So we are definitely trying sex lol, he was a bit "well I don't want to poke him in the head...." At first cause Dr said he's right there but I worked my magic haha
We still have sex once every two weeks, I'd say, and still enjoy it. I think it would be more, but fiance has been traveling a lot for work and we just bought a new house, so we are exhausted all the time from moving, unpacking and doing house stuff.
I hate knowing that we'll be on forced hiatus after LO comes.
38 weeks today, we don't have sex as much as before. Maybe every 2 weeks lol I had sex about 3 days ago and it's very weird because I fell my lady part swollen all the time now. Very weird.
Having not had sex in a month or so was really a mental burden for me...even though I feel close to my husband, we spend lots of time together & he gives me lots of attention, I am missing the intimacy!! Last night we did (@ 36.5 weeks) and I did somewhat enjoy it ( especially the kissing & naked cuddling) but mostly enjoyed that he REALLY did!! Positioning was a bit of a challenge and after finishing D-style... I rolled into my back and got literally stuck for like 5 minutes or so!! Baby was very active right after and I couldn't move! It was actually kind of funny! So glad we did it though!
Hubby and I had sex last night and I'm due today, we were hoping it would help little man come and it was nice to have intimate time together I get a little crazy when its been more than a few days and it was more than a week lol since I've been in so much pain. we still have sex when I'm in pain cause I want it and it helps alleviate it for the time being . Hopefully this weekend baby decides to come, I'm exhausted and miserable right now so that would be awesome for me.
I think we're having sex more regularly now, like we're trying to get pregnant! I want those prostaglandins to do their job! Plus, what @Dagoo said, 6 wks after birth is a looong time.
Lots of blow jobs these days but we do it about once a week. Plan to start at least every other day to help soften the cervix but it's pretty awkward with my Buddha belly in the way. 6 weeks seems sooo long to me so we're taking advantage of the situation now
My sex drive shut right down once I got into the third tri. However, the other morning I woke up and DH and I decided to give it a go. I know after baby is here we won't be able to do it for a solid 6 weeks so I figured I would suck it up regardless of how I felt. It didn't end up being as bad as I thought it was going to be and I actually enjoyed it.
Haven't had any for more than a month and even then it was a very quick quicky, he was nervous it might be bad for me since I had 2 miscarriages. Yesterday we tried and succeeded an now I'm in the hospital waiting for baby
It's not painful during for me, but after, yes. During it's still very much enjoyable! Tons of pressure, pain, and uncomfortableness down there after though. It doesn't particularly sound good to me either at any given time, but the wifely duty calls!
I was reading a thread on here a minute ago about push presents and gifts for daddy for after the baby's born, but honestly, I need a gift/prize/award for every time I have sex!
We're still having sex regularly. I'm 40 weeks today. It's not painful but even if it was I'd still try to do it on a somewhat regular basis. Men need it. My husband has been fulfilling my needs with the numerous times he tells me I'm beautiful or gives me a hug and a kiss. I also feel like 6 weeks is forever so I'm trying to do it a lot in preparation for such a long hiatus.
