Well, we have started cleaning out the nursery, which was previously (currently?) being used as a guest room/office. The main hurdle is getting the furniture in there now, out. Trying to sell it on craigslist because I refuse to put another thing in the basement. If not, I'll donate it to Habitat for Humanity. After that I have BIG PLANS, lol.
You guys are giving me such anxiety...but when I talk to my fiancee he's like, what are you worried about? There's plenty of time! Ugh.
Me too! I managed to take the wedding gifts from 3 years ago out and I painted and that's it! I feel so behind and DH doesn't seem concerned with the timeframe at all!
I love any opportunity to decorate anything! So I am really excited that we have begun the nursery decor process. My in-laws have just ordered our crib for us so we are waiting to for that to come in. After that all we need is bedding, changing pad and hang the decor. We have the changing table and curtains setup. And once we can get the crib setup, the location of all the decor will be easier to plan out.
Wow! These look fabulous. We're in the middle of a move, most of our stuff is already there but we won't move ourselves until mid August. Then I have to get kitchen and bathrooms done long before I start thinking about nursery... it's going to be a long September.
