We are naming her Heidi after DH's late aunt. We are not certain about middle name though. I like Alivia and DH likes Aurora. (DD1 and DD2 both have "A" middle names so we are trying to continue with that)
We are still deciding on the middle name but we thinking Fabry Alaine. Fabry is my grandmother's maiden/middle name (dh picked it before our first turned out to be a boy 4 years ago and instantly loved it). Our son's name is Asher Finley so we are considering flipping their initials which is how we came to Alaine.
I think we've decided on Luke Steven. Luke just because we like it and Steven after my dad. My husband says he's still on the fence but he's started calling him luke lol
Our 3 year old has called the baby Rosie ever since we told him we were pregnant. So we are heavily leaning towards Rosalind Ann. Ann is both of our Mother's middle names.
DH and I are super indecisive so we have three totally different names picked out. We won't decide officially until we meet our sweet sugar baby. We picked S and L names so our daughter and I share the same initials. I also share the S and L with my mother. They are: Sienna Lou( my grandmothers MN) Sloane Luella or Linnea Stella Leighton or Llywellyn (pronounced Lou-Ellen)
Our boy names were: Odin Thomas Bodhi Thomas Thomas is my husbands MN and my FILs first name.
@knottymomma that's interesting. My husband is also non-practicing but his mother is very Jewish still. We just didn't feel okay about using the name of a Jewish demon. And the whole relation to True Blood was kinda iffy for me. It did cross my mind many times as a girl name until I actually researched it and didn't feel his mother would be too happy with us for picking that name of all the names in the world. And even though he doesn't practice, my husband wasn't okay with it either. I still think it's a beautiful name though
@lanaloulittle I completely understand! Hubby doesn't have any family except his son. Mom died in 2009 and his dad is a deadbeat he has seen once in close to 26 years.
My family isn't thrilled with name choices. Phury is a vampire character from a book and Lilith is a demon. My dad is very strict Seventh Day Adventist and mom is a catholic. But they know we are interested in the supernatural. Our daughter is named after a witch so they just kind of roll with it. Knowing I'm going to do whatever I want to do anyway.

I almost mentioned True Blood when I first saw this name. I love that show and liked the name Lilith from it but felt the same way as you and your husband.
We can't decide. He wants Aeris Elizabeth and I want Ellie Katharine or Kathryn. We also like Lily but I prefer Ellie over Lily. You all have adorable names though.
Our little man will be named Dominic Michael. I have always loved the named Dominic and it worked out perfectly because my husband likes it too! We also both love that we can use the nickname Dom. Michael is my husband's middle name but it's what he's gone by his entire life, so as not to be confused with his father who shares his first name. My middle name also starts with an M so we will all share the same middle and last initials and we plan to continue that trend with our next little one. We love the name we've chosen and our families do too! We are so excited to meet our little guy!
Team green so we have our boys name which is Ari Xavier and we are still trying to find a girls name. DH wants the name Ava but pronounce it like Aava if that makes sense. I'm not for it so the hunt continues.
Re: baby name chosen
Rachel and Jeff Married 5.29.05
Jason is 8
Elizabeth is 6
Katherine is 18 months
For a boy, we decided on Collin Henry. My maiden name is Collins and my dad (and grandfather's) middle name is Henry.
For a girl we picked Julia Rose. Rose is hubby's grandma and great grandma's first name.
My gut says boy and I really love the boy name we picked, so we'll see! It fits great with my older son's name (Ethan Michael).
Avrilynn Rae for a girl
Sienna Lou( my grandmothers MN)
Sloane Luella or Linnea
Stella Leighton or Llywellyn (pronounced Lou-Ellen)
Our boy names were:
Odin Thomas
Bodhi Thomas
Thomas is my husbands MN and my FILs first name.
