I had my NT scan today! Baby is measuring 13.2 weeks and everything looked great! He was moving and kicking like crazy. We are team green, but I kept referring to the bean as a boy... We'll see if I'm right in 6 months or so Very excited, everything is feeling much more real. Congrats to all the other mommies!
Had my ultrasound today, exactly 12w if you go by my doctor's due date she gave me at the last appointment, baby measured 12w4d! Heard the heartbeat and saw him/her jumping around in there.
I have my next u/s at 13 weeks on July 7th. 3 days after my birthday and since I'll be working on my birthday, we will make the day a sweet u/s and then steak dinner!! Can't wait to share with everyone.
Got to spy on our little manatee today... I alternated between crying and laughing the whole time. It has a face! And was doing back flips the whole time we watched it. It was absolutely incredible.
Our second ultrasound will not be until July 10th. 2 more weeks today and we will have a second look at our peanut! We will be 11w5d at that point. I am glad to see all of the sonograms on here starting to look like tiny little babies now. It is making me that much more excited for our appointment to get here!
@teachmegs817 Mine won't be until July 9th at 11 weeks, and I'm simultaneously excited to see these babies looking like babies and jealous that these moms are so far ahead...granted I logically know they went through the same amount of time waiting as we are now, but emotionally it feels unfair, LOL
@caraboonie I totally agree. =P I was slightly bummed when I went to my first scan and they said I was measuring exactly a week behind. I was hoping to be entering my 11th week on Sunday and be out of the 1st Trimester by beginning of July. Oh well! All is looking and sounding good with baby, so that's all that matters.
This is so cool! I had an ultrasound at 9 weeks, my next appointment isn't until July 28, at 15 weeks. I'm not sure if they'll do an ultrasound or not but I'll definitely have one at 20 weeks when we find out the gender!!!!
All looks good in the Nt scan! They took 7 vials of my blood.... Should have results within 2 weeks. It was waving it's hand around like crazy in this image. Lots of wiggle.
Do you normally get a scan around 12 weeks?? I go in for my 12 week visit on tuesday but they never mentioned another ultra sound. I hope so becausr i have doubts about the pregnancy so i am hoping i can post one after that!!
@bspletzer hmm, well it depends on your doctor? My doc asked if we wanted to do the NT scan, and we said yes. It's usually around 12 weeks. Maybe call your doc to confirm?
Awwww oh my goodness the cuteness!!!! I go on friday!!! This week can't go fast enough!!!!!! Awww the little babies!!! Congrats to everyone who saw their little ones & everything healthy n happy :-)
Love these pics!! So cute we just had our 12 wk today. I'm 11w6d. Love how much they grow from 8 to 12 weeks. No real estimate on gender, but I still think girl.
Here's our little babe! It's not quite second trimester... But 11 weeks and 4 days was close enough. We go back in four weeks to find out the gender! The ultrasound tech said she *thinks* it's a girl... We shall see. Either way it was so amazing seeing our little baby's growth!!

@MBourne14 mine stood up too & then "looked at us" then sat on its knees. We couldn't stop laughing! Good to know I'm not the only one with such an active monkey! Lol
My little cheeky monkey wouldn't stop looking directly at the camera ha, (takes after mammy) they really had to prod him/her to get them to turn so they could do measurements, it took around 5-10 mins haha, I didn't mind I loved it, watching him/her just keep stretching and getting annoyed at being prodded it was amazing xxx
Aww that's lovely congratulations @mallen0679 we struggled too but not for as long and eventually fell just with clomid, I was on my last cycle before they were going to stop it and start IVF. We were very lucky.
My very first ultrasound this entire pregnancy at 13wks 1day. Baby was moving a lot and stretching its little body. Heart rate was 155 all test came back with great results! Overall so very happy to finally see my little bean :x
I had my 12 week appointment on Monday at 12w1d. Dr tried for about 2 minutes to find the hb by doppler then sent me for an u/s when she couldn't find it. Baby was there, squirming away!! So glad I got to see my little bebe. I go back next Monday for my NT scan! Can't wait!
Oh, and our gender results our in this envelope, which holds a smaller decorated envelope waiting to be opened with the family. SO is driving me crazy about peeking when it was his idea to wait in the first place!
