Intense cramping and lower back pain?

Starting to freak out a little with this...I think I'm a little over 5 weeks and for the past few days I get these waves of super intense cramping in my lower abdomen in the middle to the point where I can't stand until it passes...my lower back also gets cramped up. I'm not bleeding or spotting at all. I called my doc saturday and they did blood work yesterday, than I'm scheduled to have more tomorrow so they can compare but it's starting to freak me out...just wondering if anyone else is/has experienced this...thanks!

    I am 5 weeks 5 days and I too have been experiencing mild to somewhat severe cramps for over a week. Most are mild but some of the cramps are so uncomfortable that I have to take Tylenol and lay down. No spotting so far and my appointment isn't until July 13th so I'm not sure if I should call the doc or not!

    Ugh my appt is Thursday but I had to call over the weekend because it was soo bad...like curled up on the couch until it went away and had to call out of work today which I NEVER do...I'm so nervous :( hopefully my bloodwork comes back ok
