If you are sold on Devereaux please keep it in the middle name spot.  The only legit thing I can find is a user submitted name on BTN and it's masculine.  Ruby is lovely.

I find Bennett pretty trendy and 10 years ago I would have loved Aiden but the spin offs have ruined it.  Bennett Kristofor I guess because I do like Ben or Benji as a nn.

  • I agree on the no Devereaux-reminds me of the movie Double Jeporady. I like Ruby and Bennet.
  • If you absolutely must use Devereaux, middle name spot it.  I like Ruth as a first name. Bennett is also nice.

Love Ruby as a first name. Bennett and Aiden are equal for me. I like both. I would probably choose Aiden if it weren't so insanely popular for many years. Bennett is trendy but I don't think it will ever reach the mass use and unique reproduction level of Aiden.
  • Ruby is all i got
  • Ruby and Aiden. I really don't care for Bennet.
  • Devereux is a badass middle name. I think it looks awesome paired with Ruby. And I prefer Bennett over Aiden.

  • Devereux is a last name not a first name so that's weird to me. Ruth and Ruby are great!!

Ruby Devereaux or maybe Ruth Devereaux?

Bennett Kristofor- Aiden has been WAY overused IMO
  • Ruby and Bennett

I don't like Devereaux. If you must use it, keep it in the mn spot. The Aiden/Hayden/Jayden/Brayden trend has ruined all of these names for me. So overdone!
  • How about Demetria instead of Devereaux? You could call her Demi :)
  • Actually, that's part of what we liked about Devereaux was the nickname Devi. I don't know, it just has some southern charm to me :)

  • Devereaux reminds of Blanche Devereaux from The Golden Girls. I can't imagine what pain it would be to go through life with that name. It's going to constantly be mispronounced and misspelled. Ruby is super adorable though.

I don't love Bennett but it's not terrible. Aiden is a nice name but like everyone else has said, it's way over used.
  • @breezycat nailed it. I automatically thought of Blanche. It's cool in the mn spot if it has meaning to you!

    Ruby and Bennett
  • Aiden is a fine name but it's common and had a million variations so I prefer Bennett.

Devereaux is a terrible FN. Use it as a MN or not at all. Love Ruby! Ruth is nice too.

  • Ruby & Bennett. Aiden is too overused. Bennett is becoming popular though
  • I prefer Ruby Devereaux- I'm guessing Devereaux has some significant to you, so I think it's fine as a MN (many women make their maiden name their MN or even use it for their kids' MN) but I think it's a bit too much as a first name.

I like Bennett and Aidan, but if you use Aidan, PLEASE spell it correctly- it's A-I-D-A-N. I know everyone in the US started spelling it with an E so that's what most people are used to seeing but it's not correct and it drives me CRAZY!
