I can't stand the term fur baby. Not that I hate pets or anything, just the word. It reminds me of people who treat their animals as if they are a human baby.
Please don't compare waking up at night with your dog when I talk to you about getting up with my newborn every hour. It's perfectly acceptable to crate your dog or even leave them alone in the house. You can't do that with a baby. And don't expect me to buy your pet presents for every holiday, I have enough humans to buy for.

Buuuut at the same time, my mom just got a new (tiny tiny tiny!) kitten because we had to put our family dog down last week and ohhhh my gosh she is cute and amazing. And she's totally babying her and calling her her little baby, and I don't mind.

I hate steak too. I do like bacon but I hate cooking it because I feel like it's always just all fat! And as long as we're talking about food, I hate coconut and pineapple..

I liked her when she first started out but you're right she has completely lost it and need to just go away!

My UOT is that it's NOT ok to crate your dog/cat. Only when traveling (of course)... Otherwise they should be free to move about your home and have their own bed (if they don't sleep in yours).
