hi ladies,
This month was my first month trying the smep. My husband and I have been ttc for 20 months with no luck. We have got all our testing done and they are perfect. We have been told by the doctor that we have unexplained infertility. Hoping that the past 20 months have just been a timing issue.
Anyone have any luck with the smep??
Re: Smep success Stories??
Besides, charting your temps is a much more reliable way to make sure you hit your fertile window. And requires less sex.

Is your doctor doing things to help you get knocked up? I know you said it's unexplained. but an RE should still be doing things to help?? And charting is the only way to confirm ovulation. Is the "doctor" an OB or a RE??
Assuming that is SMEP. Seems like it would be better to chart so you can actually know if you ovulated. Seems like that is only part of a good plan. If your doctor tested you all for problems, but didn't have you chart to confirm ovulation, you wouldn't have the full story. That's my unprofessional opinion.
Nope.
