Fears of the first appointment

Today is my first official midwife appointment. I had a miscarriage in March and was very surprised to find out i was pregnant again in May. I had an ultrasound at five weeks and saw a heartbeat and I have another one today and I just really hope the little heart is still beating. If you could send positive vibes to me this morning that would be awesome. Have a great day!!!!
