Primrose Induce labor ?

does primrose really work ? Pineapples ?

    Trying to induce yourself can be dangerous. Ask your doctors opinion before attempting any self-induction

    It doesn't induce labor. It helps to soften your cervix and reduce tears, but it won't make you go into labor before your body is ready.

    EPO didn't do anything for me last time. Made NO difference. ...but I'm still taking it again this time. (I have left overs and it doesn't expire till next year....so why not?)

    And pineapple is really good for you AND delicious. So eat up... but it probably isn't going to send you into labor unless you're already close.

    Not trying to go into labor I'm not even ready for baby lol just curious and I'm a pineapple lover :)

    I ate soooo much pineapple with my second that my mouth hated me and was so sore! I found out afterwards that what you need in the pineapple is actually in the core. Needless to say the pineapple didn't work for me.

    There are no proven non-medical ways for inducing labor naturally.

    Idk about primrose, but I heard pineapple is great if you plan to nurse. It helps with engorgement. And I bet it sweetens mother's milk (though our LO will love it regardless)

    I used it last time and it didn't put me into labor but it's supposed to prime the uterus and ripen the cervix for labor. I had a very easy labor and delivery. I only pushed 4 times. I start taking 2 tablets morning and night and then inserting 2 into your vagina as close to the cervix as you can get them. You will leak so use a panty liner. But I am convinced it helped with my easy delivery! So I'm using it again this time!

    Nipple stimulation is the only proven way to stimulate labor. Epo helps ripen your cervix.
